This service is ideal for couples who have booked their vendors and finalized major plans, and they need assistance to tie everything together closer to the wedding date. This also includes full day of coordination. This service typically begins 6 weeks to a month prior to the wedding, and includes the following:
- Reviewing current wedding plans and making recommendations if necessary
- Conducting site visits to the wedding ceremony and reception venue in order to get a detailed understanding of your vision for the day
- Contacting all vendors to work out logistics (confirming set up times and requirements)
- Coordinating rehearsals with the bridal party
- Formulating the Wedding Day timeline
- Complete wedding management and coordination of ceremony and reception
- Liaising with the Master of Ceremonies throughout the reception, to ensure the programme flows as planned
- Coordination of the wedding processional/recessional (ceremony) and bridal party entrance (reception)
- Managing Vendors – act as a point of contact for all vendors and ensure that services are delivered as per your instructions
- Placement of miscellaneous wedding elements such as wedding favours, place cards, table numbers, guest book, etc.
- Arranging for personal items to be handed over to a designated member of the wedding party or family member, at the end of the event
